My Ideal Home

My Ideal Home

I came across this picture online today, and I was immediately drawn to it. I could smell the smoke rising out of the cabin. I hear the silence of the forest, interrupted occasionally by animals rustling leaves or crows calling out. The crisp autumn breeze would call me out to the back porch, where I would enjoy a cup of coffee—heavy on the cream.

All my life I’ve wanted to live in a tiny log cabin in the wilderness. Although it truly isn’t much, I could call a place like this home. Living there would make my heart warm.

The image is striking, and the way you imagined life being in it… amazing!

Thank you! I spend a lot of time thinking about living out in the woods. Where is your ideal place to live?

Nice question. I used to think about living in the woods ’cause it has so many adventures to offer, but given a chance, I’d really love to live in a high area. You know, a place where you can see almost everything in this world. Well, that’s a dream place.

Ahhh, I can picture that. High up on a mountain, or maybe even up in a tree house. It sounds amazing.

I could do without the coffee heavy on cream. I’d rather know there were fruit, veggies and possibly meat sources nearby safe to eat/hunt/scavenge along with renewable clean water. I’d happily share such a shack with someone like you:D But, in truth, I would like a lil nicer place with some elegant windows and big beams across the ceiling…maybe a hot spring nearby or a hot tub in back…

Living with less may mean living not as long:P But, it could be a blissful short life with the right company.

    Purple pig festival?
